Four universities, Esslingen (Germany), Jaen (Spain), Maastricht (the Netherlands), and Plymouth (UK) have successfully secured Erasmus+ funding as a strategic partnership to work on this three-year project (September 2014 – August 2017).
The aim of this strategic partnership is to enhance the availability of an evidence-based learning offer in Sustainability Literacy and Competency (SLC) in nurse education. We will do this by developing innovative teaching and learning approaches/materials, disseminating good practice and promoting take-up of the learning materials through strategic use of information technologies.
All of the partners have a commitment to promoting and supporting education for sustainable development in the context of health and healthcare.
