SLC-Framework: Third floor
Firmly supported by the first and second floor, the third floor consists of the ‘Content’. The ‘content’ has been developed through pilot and prototype development that has been tested (based on testing Activity 4)[1]. All content has been peer-reviewed and/or tested with students.
The SLC-Framework content contains a large number of topics and is focused around the following themes:
- Theme 1: Underpinning concepts; sustainability and health
- Theme 2: Links between providing health care and sustaining the global environment
- Theme 3: Relationships between health and the environment
- Theme 4: Healthy (sustainable) communities
- Theme 5: Social and policy context
